Jim Mahaffey was born the first of 6 children in the NC Mountains in Caldwell County between Hickory & Blowing Rock in the Town of Lenoir. He loves calling NC & Raleigh home, but enjoys spending as much time as he can at the beach or mountains. He also can be found frequently attending popular concert & sporting events and is a die-hard UNC, Carolina Panthers & Hurricane fan! Jim has spent the last 26+ years with the apple of his eye Ruby Henderson.
